The project
In 2019, I built the Moda Loca store on Shopify.
Since 04/2026, I have run the store's Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram. Since 08/2026, I have also looked after the online store itself.
I direct AI tools for part of this work and check the results myself.
The new store design is finished and launching soon. The screenshots below show it.
What I did
- Updated the store theme.
- Redesigned the home, product and collection pages, the header and the footer.
- Added cash on delivery, card and PayPal payments on product pages.
- Added pages for EU consumer law: a withdrawal form, easy returns and store policies.
- Fixed Google search issues: repaired 16 broken links and added 36 redirects.
- Added alt text to 327 images.
- Cleaned up titles and links on 46 of 152 products.
- Created 2 new search-friendly collections.
- Created blog articles with AI images made from real catalogue photos.
- Fixed tracking in Google Analytics 4 and Meta, including duplicate purchase counting in Meta.
- Automated courier vouchers.
- Ran regular data checks.
